The top 10 shortlisted finalists will comprise of:
- 5 finalist entries chosen by YOU the public via online voting (number of votes and average rating)
- 5 finalist entries chosen by our panel of judges (to give those with talent a fighting chance)
Then YOU decide who becomes the overall 2009 winner with a 2nd final round of online voting!
