The Event 

1. The Mouth Cancer Voice Awards is open to everyone in the United Kingdom over the age of 14 years old.
2. By taking part, all participants confirm that they are happy for their names and any footage or photographs taken during their participation in The Mouth Cancer Voice Awards to be used for general publicity including print and broadcast media.
3. All participants must submit an application form with all relevant contact details with their video demo.
4. All voting is done by the public.
5. By entering the event all participants, especially those short listed for the grand final, agree to take part in any press activity which the Mouth Cancer Foundation sees fit.
6. Only short listed participants will be contacted.
7. All participants must be available to attend any press opportunities in London on Monday 16th November 2009.
8. Any reasonable expenses will be covered by the Mouth Cancer Foundation.
9. All participants enter this event entirely at their own risk and the Mouth Cancer Foundation shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation.
10. The Judges’ decision at every stage of the event is final.
11. All prizes are at the discretion of the sponsor.

13. The Event is being produced by Media Ambitions (Enterprises) Ltd, Top Floor, 1 Victoria Parade, By 331 Sandycombe Road, Kew, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 4BY. 020 8940 2222.
14. All participants promise that they will not do anything or act in any way which will bring the Mouth Cancer Foundation, Media Ambitions, the sponsors, panelists or anyone else involved in the event into disrepute.
